True Financial Ltd is seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to oversee and support the day-to-day operations of our growing financial services brokerage. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, staff management, process improvement, regulatory oversight support, and delivering an excellent client experience across the business.
As Operations Manager, you will work closely with senior management and department heads to ensure the smooth running of the business across Protection, Pensions, Investments, Mortgages and Financial Planning services.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the business and ensure efficient workflow management across departments
- Manage and support administrative and operational teams
- Monitor operational performance, service levels and internal KPIs
- Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies
- Assist with staff training, onboarding and performance management
- Work closely with compliance and management teams to ensure operational procedures align with regulatory requirements
- Support resource planning and workload management across departments
- Manage internal systems, operational reporting and process documentation
- Assist senior management with strategic operational initiatives and business growth plans
- Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained throughout the organisation
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Previous experience in an Operations Manager or senior operational role
- Experience within financial services is highly desirable
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and people management abilities
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience implementing and improving operational processes
- A strong understanding of customer service and operational excellence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Qualifications
- QFA or APA qualification is a distinct advantage
