We are currently looking for an organised Kitchen Porter to join our team of kitchen porters. Working across multiple kitchens, you will deliver consistent back-of-house cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene standards.
About You:

Previous kitchen porter experience is desirable.

Good understanding of hygiene, health & safety procedures.

A proactive, hands-on approach and to working on own initiative.

Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
The Role:

Ensure all kitchens are maintained to the highest hygiene and cleanliness standards at all times.

Wash and sanitize of all kitchen equipment, crockery, utensils, and work surfaces.

Maintain cleaning schedules and ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety regulations.

Assist with deliveries, stock rotation, and storage of goods.

Report equipment issues and maintenance needs promptly.
