We are looking for someone to join our kitchen team at Waterlilies in a leadership role.
Day to day this role will involve the preparation and cooking of our breakfast and lunch menu in collaboration with our team that is already in place.
Along with the this we would like to hire someone who can oversee the management of our whole kitchen, which extends to our bakery section. Experience in sourdough bread and viennoiserie is not essential, but would be helpful. We are happy to provide training as is needed and to guide the chosen candidate into the role. We currently have great people in charge of these sections, but we would like the chosen candidate to act as a bridge between all of these sections as well as a bridge between the kitchen and the floor staff downstairs.
At least 5 years experience is essential in a similar managerial role along with still present passion for cooking food with love.
Our kitchen opens at 9.30 and closes at 3pm and we are open 7 days a week. The shifts would revolve around these kitchen hours with time needed before for prep and time needed after to close down correctly.
