Hartley People Recruitment on behalf of our client are delighted to be seeking a Customer Account Manager in Waterford.Viecura Medical Ltd is a progressive and growing healthcare company seeking a Customer Account Manager to join our expanding Commercial Team in Dungarvan, Co. Waterford.

Your Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate and manage the internal sales function – purchase orders, order confirmation and scheduling, sales support documents and delivery metrics.
- Dealing with all queries from EU Customers in a timely manner.
- Provide support to the EU Commercial Team with timely responses to enquiries.
- Be familiar with Products and Processes to facilitate swift responses to customer enquiries.
- Participate in regular business reviews, conference calls and internal meetings, based on defined customer requirements.
- Liaising with commercial, manufacturing, finance and regulatory affairs to ensure accuracy regarding material and customer product file master set ups.
- Maintain accurate and organized customer files for all orders, business reviews etc.
- Timely preparation of sales metrics as set out by site management
- Ensure relevant QA/RA and EHS policies and procedures are always adhered to.
- Provide detailed and updated customer forecasts to manufacturing.
- Maintain and update customer inventory files in cooperation with Supply Chain.
Position Requirements:
- Third level Diploma / Degree in business or sales & marketing.
- Previous experience in a Customer Service or Customer Management role within a medical or healthcare company environment.
- Thorough knowledge of customised delivery options within the EU and the ability to develop close partnerships.
- Strong verbal and IT communication knowledge and interpersonal skills, with an ability to influence in a positive manner
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Excellent understanding of external customer forecasting systems.
- Management of execution of sales orders to confirmed deadlines.
· Ability to manage and drive projects, including excellent organisational and planning skills, to participate and work within a dynamic Team environment
- Ability to generate trusted business relationships with customers and to engage and manage multiple stakeholders to achieve objectives
- Resilient, process orientated, and with systematic approach to achieve business objectives.
