We are a highly experienced Global Sourcing Specialists in Industrial Supplies. We are currently experiencing a high level of growth in Europe and we are currently recruiting a shift attendant to work on our client site in Kilkenny. The successful candidates will be reporting directly to the Stores Supervisor. The shifts will be 12hrs shifts working both Night and Day Shift 7 day a week pattern.
Role/Responsibilities
- Receiving goods inwards
- Stock/Cycle Counting
- Deliver the day-to-day operations of the Stores
- Deliver the agreed metrics to support the benchmarking of site
- Carry out customer/site specific requests in line with contractual agreement
- Other ad hoc duties
Candidate Profile
- Operating knowledge of pharmaceutical GMP’s and their applications to the Central Inventory function Systems, SAP, Ariba, Maximo etc an advantage but not essential
- Fully computer literate with strong attention to detail; proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills (both verbal and written)
- Fluency in English an essential
- Adaptable and Flexible Approach with a can-do attitude and an ability and willingness to learn
- Confident in dealing with Clients and vendors
- Ability to handle engineering queries from the engineers
- Knowledge of engineering parts an advantage
Pay: €38,000.00-€39,000.00 per year
