About the Role
EPS Group has an immediate vacancy for a Senior Project Manager in the Leinster area.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Mechanical Project Manager to join a fast-paced and innovative company. Industry-specific project management and engineering experience are a requirement for this position.
Key Responsibilities:

Project management of water and wastewater pumping and treatment installations
-
Procurement of all BOQ items for projects, including labour, parts, and materials
-
Timeline planning of all installations from contract award through to completion and handover of documentation
-
Procurement and management of site labour for projects
-
Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
-
Writing engineering reports, method statements, risk assessments, and commissioning schedules
-
Managing a team of junior engineers on specific projects
-
Responsible for all O&M documentation, health & safety documentation, and enforcement of safe work practices on site during all EPS installations

Developing specific goals and plans to prioritise, organise, and achieve project deadlines
Key Competencies and Skills:
-
Proficiency in PC skills, including MS Office and project software
-
Working knowledge of conditions of contracts
-
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-
Strong engineering, analytical, and problem-solving skills
-
Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
-
Willingness to learn and be challenged in the water and wastewater industry
-
Proven experience in an engineering role within an electrical/mechanical environment
-
Experience in implementing opportunities and initiatives within tight timeframes
-
Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to meet deadlines
-
Experience in project engineering, site management, M&E installation, personnel management, and water/wastewater industry experience will be an advantage
Qualifications:

Third-level Engineering degree
-
Similar relevant third-level qualification and experience will be considered

Minimum 5 years' industry experience
-
Full EU/Irish driving licence
