Éalú Supervisor ***luxury hotel***
We are currently seeking a Supervisor t to join our team at Éalú at The Lodge at Ashford Castle. This full-time role is ideal for a proactive and hands-on individual with strong attention to detail. This role will support the Leisure Centre Manager to oversee the running of the facility,supporting the team in their roles. Ensuring an enjoyable and seamless experience for guests & members throughout.

Duties:

Oversee facility operations and support the Leisure Manager.

Manage revenue and spending control.

Ensure exceptional customer service and team leadership.

Assist in team training and development.

Support sales strategy for membership growth.
Professional Qualifications:

Fitness & Water based certification
-
Pool Plantroom Operation certification.

Experience in training team members
-
Microsoft 365 skills
Previous Employment Experience:2yrs plus in Leisure & Hospitality
