The Shift Leader supervises the operations of a shift to ensure that food safety, product preparation, cleanliness and inventory control standards are maintained. This may include resolving shift staffing issues and ensuring the highest quality in customer service is maintained at all times during shifts. There will also be cash handling and opening and closing of shop depending on shift.
