We’re currently looking for a Dairy Charge hand to lead and oversee our provisions and dairy department. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong retail experience, a hands-on approach, and a passion for maintaining high standards across stock, merchandising, and customer service.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in retail grocery, provisions, or dairy management
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to lead a team in a busy environment
- Good knowledge of stock control and merchandising
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the provisions and dairy department
- Ensure shelves and displays are fully stocked, well presented, and rotated correctly
- Monitor stock levels, ordering, deliveries, and waste control
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene
- Lead, motivate, and support team members and manage rosters against department needs
- Work closely with senior management to drive sales and department performance
- Ensure all products meet quality and freshness standards
