WinPower has been operating on the national and international markets for over 30 years on the domains of engineering, Operation & Maintenance of energy generation solutions and providing services for the energy transition of its customers and partners. One of the strategic goals of the organization is to give an opportunity to workers who want to participate in disruptive projects on the energy sector and build new opportunities with the WinPower Team.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- EQF Level 5 (or higher) in a Mechanical Discipline (recent graduates or final-year students are encouraged to apply).
- 0 to 2 years of professional experience; previous internship or apprenticeship in a maintenance environment is a plus but not required.
- Basic understanding of mechanical components (pumps, motors, fans, generators) – formal academic knowledge is sufficient.
- Willingness to learn disassembly/reassembly procedures for rotating and stationary equipment, and basic rigging/lifting techniques.Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints, schematic drawings, and technical documentation.
- Comfortable using IT systems and basic software; willingness to learn CMMS platforms for logging work orders.
- Enthusiastic about hands-on work in an operational and industrial environment.
- Strong commitment to safe work practices, including a keen interest in learning equipment isolation, LOTO, and proper PPE usage.
- Awareness of British standards (training will be provided to deepen this knowledge).
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Understanding of Portuguese is optional but valued.
- Availability and authorisation to work in Ireland is essential.

- Ability to clearly identify, document, and report maintenance needs accurately.
- Basic proficiency in the use of common maintenance tools (e.g., wrenches, multimeters, grease guns).
Pay: €38,000.00-€42,000.00 per year
