Clarkes of Cavan is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Sales Specialist to join our busy parts department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills and an interest in the automotive or commercial vehicle industry.
As a Parts Sales Specialist, you'll play a key role in providing customers with expert advice, sourcing and supplying parts, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist retail and trade customers with parts enquiries, both in person and over the phone.
- Identify and source the correct vehicle parts using electronic catalogues and manufacturer systems.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Liaise with workshop technicians to ensure timely parts availability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Keep the parts department organised, clean, and efficient.
- Achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in a parts sales, automotive, agricultural, or commercial vehicle environment (preferred but not essential).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Good computer literacy and the ability to learn parts catalogue systems.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A full, clean driving licence is an advantage.
Pay: €29,740.97-€48,474.13 per year
