We are looking for a Chef De Partie and Senior Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen team. The successful candidates will be working alongside our talented team of chefs. These vacancies present an opportunity to be innovative and progress within this role.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure food is prepared and cooked in accordance with current food hygiene regulations and guideline.
- Display creativity and passion for working with locally sourced food,
- Have a good knowledge of dietary requirements and a keen interest in current industry trends.
- Maintaining high standards and in line with HACCP regulations
- Ensure all equipment is operated, maintained and serviced as per manufacturer's instructions and Health and Safety requirements/recommendations
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Experience working within a large fast paced environment
- Work well as part of a team and have an ability to take direction.
- Knowledge and experience with the preparation of a large quantity of meals.
- Valid Manual Handling and Food Safety (HACCP) Level 2 certificates are required, ongoing onsite training will be provided
- Valid work permit to work full-time in Ireland without restrictions·
Salary for both roles will depend on level of experience
