We are looking for a full time front of house worker. Minimum 1 years hospitality experience needed.
The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests at the New Park Hotel. This position requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
⦁ Customer Service:
⦁ Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
⦁ Assist guests in selecting menu items and provide recommendations.
⦁ Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
⦁ Order Delivery and Table Service:
⦁ Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
⦁ Ensure proper table setup and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
⦁ Attend to guest needs throughout their dining experience.
⦁ Menu Knowledge and Upselling: working both on the floor and behind the bar
Pay: €14.15-€18.00 per hour
