We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Shop Manager for our shop based in the heart of Dun Laoghaire!
We are seeking an energetic & self-motivated shop manager, with fashion retail experience, who is target driven, enjoys working in a fast passed environment and has proven experience in leading teams to victory, is creative & relishes achieving success.
This is s fun & inviting & successful store supported by a wonderful team of staff & volunteers!
What you’ll be doing!
- Managing a fantastic team of staff and volunteers
- Managing budgets, sales targets and day to day running of shop
- Using your creative flair to increase sales within store
- Overseeing stock management, merchandising and pricing

About the Store
This store is based in the central shopping area of Dun Laoghaire and is a 4 minute walk from the station. The store recently had a refit and rebrand is expected this year! This role is supported by a loyal and committed team of paid staff and volunteers. There is a focus on vintage or unusual brands and with high quality donations received regularly.
