The Opportunity
Our operations team based in Clonshaugh, County Dublin are looking to recruit an experienced Administration Manager who will lead the site administration team, ensuring the effective management of operational systems, administration processes, compliance and team performance within our fast-paced distribution centre.
This crucial role requires strong leadership, excellent attention to detail and the ability to support operational excellence through changing business priorities.
What you'll be doing
Reporting into the Stock & Systems Manager you will lead, develop and motivate the administration team in delivering a high-quality service with focuses on accuracy and customer satisfaction. You will conduct regular performance reviews where you will coach, mentor and develop the team while fostering a positive, collaborative and high-performance culture.
You will oversee the use and administration of warehouse, transport and customer systems, identifying opportunities to improve processes and act as the sites key contact for operational systems, data integrity, reporting and user support. You will ensure accurate and timely reporting of operational KPIs and business performance metrics and support the team with system updates, testing and implementation of new processes and ways of working.
Working in collaboration with the warehouse, transport, finance and customer service teams, you will support daily operations, ensuring that customer requirements are met through accurate data management and administrative control, monitoring service levels and resolving issues. You will advocate and promote a culture of health and safety, supporting managers with compliance records, audits, training documentation and operational procedures and assist with wider continuous improvement activities that support operational and customer service excellence.
What we're looking for
To be successful in your application you will be able to demonstrate:
- Proven experience of managing a warehouse or operational administration team, ideally within a fast-paced FMCG or logistics environment.
- Strong system knowledge with expertise in WMS, TMS, SAP or similar operational systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical abilities with a high attention to detail.
- Natural communicator with the ability to build excellent working relationships at all levels.
- Strong customer focus with a commitment to service excellence.
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation and compliance requirements.
Role details:
- Salary: Up to €52,000 per annum
Working pattern: Monday to Friday, working 40 hours a week, flexibility required.
