Ensuring that all guests of City Break Apartments receive a warm welcome on arrival and are served in a courteous, helpful manner. Assisting with smooth check-in, collecting payments and deal with any requests on the night.
Ensuring that City Break Apartments' telephone system is answered to company standards, ensuring that all messages are handled correctly and processed immediately. Dealing with guest feedback where appropriate, recording and sharing information with the relevant departments and ensuring that the guest leaves City Break Apartments as a satisfied customer.
Skills & Requirements
- Driving licence and use of personal car/ bicycle while on duty is a bonus.
- The position requires an ambitious individual with some proven experience, excellent customer service and communication skills and attention to details.
- Applicants should be highly motivated and target driven with a keen understanding of process and with the ability to prioritise workload in an appropriate manner.
- Ideally, the candidate will have experience of working in a hotel, especially dealing with customers and booking software, and have a good command of English on the phone.
- Applicants should be proficient in Word, Excel and experience in Opera PMS or similar is preferable.
- The right attitude is more important than the most qualified candidate.
- References essential.
