Job Description:
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all factory equipment is operating efficiently. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and conducting necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance checks and services on factory equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Conduct repairs and replacements as needed to ensure equipment is running smoothly.
- Maintain records of maintenance and repair work performed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve overall factory efficiency.
- Work independently to manage and prioritize maintenance tasks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
