Previous nursing home or elderly care experience is desirable

Strong clinical assessment and medication management skills

Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents

Administer medications and treatments in line with NMBI guidelines and nursing home policies

Monitor residents' health and wellbeing and respond appropriately to changing needs

Maintain accurate nursing documentation and care plans

Liaise effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

Ensure compliance with HIQA standards and best practice guidelines
