Overview
Adeo InterActive is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Short-Form Video & Event Content Specialist to support the marketing strategy for a major innovation-focused event taking place in Limerick, Ireland.
This role is primarily focused on creating and editing short-form video content for digital marketing, social media, and event promotion. The ideal candidate has strong experience turning event updates, speaker announcements, partner news, programming themes, written content, and raw source material into polished, engaging videos that build awareness, credibility, and excitement.

We are looking for someone who can bring creative ideas, work independently, stay organized, and create content that feels polished, professional, and engaging.
This is a remote contract position, but candidates based in Ireland are strongly preferred. Candidates in or near Limerick are especially encouraged to apply, as there may be an opportunity to support onsite content capture during the event.

- Maintaining organized files, templates, drafts, video assets, captions, and creative materials
- Tracking basic content performance and making recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and conversions
