Senior Supply Chain Co-Ordinator

Join Glenpatrick Spring Water as a Senior Supply Chain Co-Ordinator and play a key role in ensuring the uninterrupted supply of materials to support our production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement planning and material replenishment to support production and customer demand.
- Convert production forecasts into purchasing requirements and purchase orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock accuracy.
- Manage supplier relationships, performance, and supply risks.
- Coordinate supply chain activities with Production, Operations, Quality and Finance teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and inventory management.
- Provide operational support to the Supply Chain Manager.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning or Inventory Management within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and material planning.
- Strong understanding of procurement, inventory control and supply planning.
- Excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and committed to continuous improvement.
