Montessori Teacher – Full Time

Evergreen Montessori & Afterschool was established in 2022 and is a warm, nurturing Montessori school located in Terenure, Dublin 12. We are currently recruiting a full-time Montessori Teacher to join our small and friendly team.

Requirements
Suitable candidates should:
- Hold a qualification in Montessori Education or have knowledge of the Montessori method (minimum QQI Level 6)
- Have a strong understanding of best practice in Early Childhood Care and Education, including Aistear, Síolta, DES, and TUSLA guidelines
- Possess excellent communication skills when working with colleagues and parents
- Be confident in observing, guiding, supervising, and assessing children in the classroom environment
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Support the daily school rota, including break cover, school collections, extracurricular activities, and other reasonable duties requested by management
- Be motivated, proactive, and a team player

- Monday–Friday shifts:
- 8:30am–4:30pm
- 9:00am–6:00pm
- (alternating daily)
