Experienced Barista & Supervisor Position
We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Barista / Bagels Sales Assistant to join our friendly team in our lovely Bagel Factory.
This is a hands-on role that suits someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, and is happy to take responsibility for the smooth day-to-day running of the store.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Opening and closing the store.
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee
- Serving customers and operating the till
- Restocking displays and keeping the shop well presented
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and welcoming environment
As part of the role, you will also:
- Manage stock levels and place orders
- Train and support new team members
- Ensure the store is well organised and running efficiently each day
- Lead by example and help create a positive atmosphere for both customers and colleagues
What we're looking for:
- Previous barista experience is essential, as the store can be very busy.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills. Our customers love a warm welcome and a friendly chat!
- Someone who is reliable, organised, and able to work confidently on their own when needed.
Start date: Immediate.
Please note: This is a permanent, year-round position and is not suitable as a summer job. Please only apply if you are available to commit to the role long term.
Pay: From €15.00 per hour
