About Mad Egg
Mad Egg is a popular Irish restaurant brand. Following the success of its restaurants in Dublin, Mad Egg is now expanding to Cork with a new location in Marina Market.
We're looking for FOH Team Members to join our new team.
The role
We're looking for people who enjoy working with customers, work well as part of a team and aren't afraid of a busy shift. The role offers attractive working hours, with operational hours currently planned for 12pm–8pm.
What you'll be doing
- Help prepare and set up the stall for service.
- Serve food the Mad Egg way – fast, fresh and delicious.
- Provide great customer service.
- Cross training with BOH
- Help customers understand the Mad Egg menu and brand.
- Work across different FOH positions during busy shifts.
- Help with orders, dispatch, food running and customer flow.
- Keep the stall clean and tidy throughout service.
- Work closely with both the FOH and kitchen teams.
- Help close the stall to a high standard.
