Salary, €32,000-€35,000 depending on level of experience
Head of Housekeeping duties include but not limited to:
- Direct and coordinate the daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure guest rooms and other specifies areas are kept clean and in an orderly condition
- Liaising with suppliers of linen, cleaning materials and guest supplies to met guest demand
- Controlling supply costs
- Scheduling staff rotas
- Overseeing stocktakes, and other paperwork such as maintenance reports and safety audits
Any candidate must also be prepared to relocate
