PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR

We require an ambitious, career-driven Payroll and Commissions Administrator to join our team.
The Role:
As a Payroll Administrator, you will be part of the IPF Finance team and will provide valuable support to the Finance function, reporting to the Finance Director. As part of your role, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in Payroll and Commission Processing – Monthly payroll – Brightpay
- Processing staff expenses
- Assisting in calculation of commissions & bonuses
- Record Maintenance
- Data collation / Data integrity and trendspotting
- Assisting in the preparation of detailed reports and metrics for leadership.
The Successful Candidate:
- Proficiency in Payroll Software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) / Data Mining / Reporting
- High level of accuracy, strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Time Management – ability to meet strict, recurring deadlines.
- Communication – strong interpersonal skills for dealing with staff queries and working with HR/Finance

Experience and Education:
- 1 to 2 years' of end-to-end payroll processing experience
- IPASS Certificate in Payroll Techniques (CPT) or similar
