Job Title: Skilled Labourer – Refurbishment

Job Overview:
iBuild Construction and Maintenance is seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to support refurbishment projects or day-to-day site operations. The role involves assisting skilled tradespeople, maintaining site safety and cleanliness, and ensuring works are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with refurbishment works including demolition, strip-outs, and general repairs
- Support trades such as carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and painters
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Prepare and clean work areas before, during, and after tasks
- Follow instructions from site supervisors and project managers
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with health and safety regulations
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely (training provided if required)
- Dispose of waste materials responsibly and maintain a tidy site
- Assist with minor construction tasks as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction or refurbishment
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work as part of a team and take direction
- Good physical fitness and ability to carry out manual tasks
- Basic knowledge of site safety practices
- Valid Safe Pass (required in Ireland)
- Manual Handling certification (preferred)
