We are seeking an ambitious and driven Field Sales Representative to join our team for Dublin centre and South Territory. This is an exciting field-based role focused on building brand presence, driving sales, and strengthening relationships across the off-trade channel. You will also have the opportunity to utilise our Carlow and Dublin facilities to deepen product knowledge and deliver engaging customer presentations.
Role Overview
Reporting to the National Account Manager, the Off-Trade Sales Representative will be responsible for executing commercial plans within a defined territory, with a strong focus on off-trade accounts including supermarkets, convenience stores, and independent retailers.
You will play a key role in growing distribution, increasing visibility, and driving sales performance across both our proprietary and partner brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of off-trade accounts within your territory
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with store managers, buyers, and key decision-makers
- Drive sales growth by securing new listings and expanding existing product ranges
- Execute in-store activations, promotions, and merchandising initiatives to maximise brand visibility
- Ensure optimal product placement and compliance with agreed planograms
- Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities within the off-trade channel
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform sales strategy
- Deliver against agreed sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Provide regular feedback and reporting to the National Account Manager
- Represent the brand professionally at tastings, events, and customer engagements, as required
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in field sales, ideally within FMCG or the drinks industry
- Strong relationship-building and account management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage your own territory
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Full, clean driver’s licence
