We are seeking chefs of all levels to join our team at Castle Varagh Hotel in Castlepollard, County Westmeath. The ideal candidate will possess prior kitchen experience in a gastropub or restaurant, showcasing talent, creativity, and a true passion for food.
Key Requirements:
- Strong commitment to high standards and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility with working hours
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent self-presentation
- Solid understanding of HACCP, with a minimum Level 2 training preferred
- Relevant professional qualifications are highly desirable
- Courteous demeanor with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service consistently
