Reports To: Head Pastry Chef / Production Manager
A skilled and versatile Pastry & Savoury Chef with experience working across both pastry and savoury production within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Responsible for producing a wide range of high-quality sweet and savoury products while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and consistency. Works flexibly across all production areas as part of one integrated team, supporting daily production requirements and ensuring products are delivered to specification.
Key Responsibilities

Preparing, cooking, baking, and finishing a variety of pastry and savoury products.

Following recipes, specifications, and production schedules to ensure consistency and quality.

Working across multiple production areas to support business and operational requirements.

Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP compliance.

Ensuring products meet quality, presentation, and customer standards.

Monitoring ingredient usage and minimising waste.

Supporting new product development trials and seasonal product launches.

Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.

Collaborating with colleagues to achieve production targets and deadlines.
