The Role
This is a diverse, hands-on role based full-time at our Offaly premises. You will balance your time between managing our warehouse inventory, coordinating our team of field technicians from the office, and on-site for post-sale site visits to coordinate with clients and main contractors. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will be key to keeping our projects running smoothly and on schedule, ensuring client satisfaction at all stages.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory & Warehouse Management: Oversee daily warehouse operations, including routine stock taking, intake of supplier deliveries, and the precise release/dispatch of stock for upcoming jobs.
- Scheduling & Project Management: Coordinate the day-to-day scheduling for all residential installations and routine servicing across the country.
- Team Coordination: Manage the schedules of our field technicians, including the allocation of daily tasks and managing annual leave requests.
- On-Site Coordination: Conduct post-sale site visits to meet with domestic clients and electrical/building contractors, ensuring sites are ready and specifications are clear before installation begins.
- Operational Support: Collaborate directly with the Operations Manager to optimize workflows, maintain inventory accuracy, and guarantee excellent service delivery.

- Project Management: A structured approach to tracking installations from initial sale right through to sign-off.
- Customer Relations: Strong communication skills with a track record of building trust with homeowners and site contractors alike.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar operations, logistics, or field coordination role.
- Full, clean Irish Driving License (essential for site visits).
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
Beneficial Experience & Certifications
- Previous experience working with modern ERP and CRM systems.
- Hands-on experience utilizing dedicated inventory/warehouse management software.]
- Customer Relations experience
- Competency reading Technical Drawings/Blueprints

Pay: €50,000.00-€65,000.00 per year
