Brew & Renew is opening its second location in Clonmel — a contrast therapy and wellness space combining ice baths, sauna and a coffee experience. We're looking for two part-time Contrast Therapy & Hospitality Assistants to join us for launch.
The Role
You'll be the face of Brew & Renew for our guests — welcoming people in, guiding them through their contrast therapy session, and creating a calm, professional environment from the moment they walk in. Hospitality is at the heart of this role: how you make people feel matters as much as what you do.
You'll also support our coffee service, so some barista experience is a bonus, though full training will be provided.
What you'll be doing
- Welcoming guests and guiding them through ice bath and sauna sessions
- Maintaining a clean, safe and well-presented space at all times
- Supporting coffee service during opening hours
- Building genuine connections with our regulars and creating a great first impression for new guests
- General day-to-day tasks to keep the space running smoothly
What we're looking for
- A genuine people person — warm, approachable, and comfortable talking to guests
- Reliable and able to commit to your shifts
- Some hospitality or customer service experience
- Barista experience is a plus, but not essential — we'll train you
- An interest in wellness, health or contrast therapy is a bonus
Hours
We're hiring two part-time roles at 11 hours per week to start. Launch hours are:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 4:30pm–8:30pm
- Saturday, Sunday: 10:30am–3:30pm
As the business grows, hours are expected to increase — this is a great opportunity to grow with us from day one.
Holiday cover: When your colleague is on leave, you'll be asked to cover their shifts, bringing your hours up to 22 for that week. This is built into the role from the outset.
Start date: Early to mid August 2026
Pay: €14.15 per hour
