Role Objective:
We are looking for an HR Administrator to provide part time support to our HR Director. This is a hands on and interesting opportunity which will provide the right candidate with excellent insight into the operations of a HR Department.
Role Responsibilities
Main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records & efiles and HR documents to address:
- HRM System data entry,
- Recruitment and onboarding activities,
- CPD data entry/course validation/follow ups and CPD/course logistics,
- Payroll & pension data collation/file updates,
- Leave and absence data management,
- Probation/My Progress progress tracking/follow up,
- Monthly data reporting,
- Other administration requests.
Person Specification
- 1 year experience in like role.
- Qualification in Human Resource Management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
This role is based on site in our offices on Church Street, Dublin 7. The work pattern [3 full days or 5 mornings] can be decided based on the availability of the right candidate.
