The Silver Tassie is a family run 4 star hotel on the Ramelton Road, 10 minutes from Letterkenny town in Co. Donegal. We are one of the top wedding hotels in Donegal and our bar, lounge & restaurant are favourite dining spots for many locals as well as hotel guests.
We are currently on the look out for a senior chef to join our dedicated kitchen team. An attractive Salary as well as Flexible Hours are available to the right candidate.
The ideal candidate should:
- Have a minimum of 3 years experience.
- Have strong knowledge of HACCP.
- Be capable of working in a fast paced, busy environment.
- Work well as part of a team.
- Be willing & available to start work in 1 - 4 weeks.
Responsibilities will include:
- Working alongside the kitchen team to prepare, cook & plate menu items.
- Minimising waste.
- Reporting to the kitchen manager/head chef.
- Ensuring work area is kept clean, safe & hygienic.
- Adhering to health & safety protocols.
