Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate clinical care and nursing operations

Support the PIC in managing the nursing home

Ensure compliance with HIQA standards and regulations

Supervise staff and promote a positive team culture

Safeguard residents and drive quality improvements
About You
-
Registered Nurse with active NMBI registration
-
Minimum 6 years’ post-registration experience
-
Management experience in a nursing home setting
-
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
