We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and develop the human resources function within our organisation in Ireland & UK.
This role will play a key part in shaping people strategy, driving people development initiatives, managing performance frameworks, and ensuring compliance with Irish employment legislation.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership team, while supporting employees across the full HR lifecycle.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with Irish employment law and best practice

Lead people development initiatives, including talent management, succession planning, and learning & development programmes

Design, implement, and manage performance management frameworks, including KPI setting and ongoing performance measurement

Oversee and support performance review processes, ensuring consistency, fairness, and alignment with business objectives

Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to senior leadership and line managers

Coach and support managers in effective people management, performance conversations, and employee development

Manage employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, performance improvement, and absence management

Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent

Manage compensation, benefits, and performance-related reward processes

Ensure compliance with statutory obligations, including GDPR, health & safety, equality, and employment legislation

Promote employee engagement, wellbeing, and a high-performance, inclusive workplace culture

Maintain accurate HR records and produce HR metrics, insights, and reports to support business decision-making

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior HR or HR management role

Strong experience in people development, performance management, and talent initiatives

Proven experience setting KPIs and managing performance review cycles

Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders and influence organisational strategy

Extensive experience managing employee relations cases end-to-end

In-depth knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR best practice

Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline

CIPD qualification (or equivalent) is highly desirable

Ongoing professional development in HR, people development, or employment law is an advantage
