We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of large-scale data centre projects. This role plays a key part in ensuring strong financial control, accurate cost management, and effective commercial decision-making across multiple project phases.
You will work closely with project teams, clients, and subcontractors, providing commercial insight while helping drive project performance and value.

Prepare, submit, and agree interim payment applications in line with contractual requirements

Monitor project costs, cash flow, and financial performance against budget

Review and certify subcontractor payment applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Manage subcontractor accounts from procurement through to final account closure

Identify, track, and manage variations, ensuring proper documentation and cost control

Produce detailed cost reports, forecasts, and valuations for internal and external stakeholders

Support contract administration, including interpretation of terms and change management

Collaborate with project teams, clients, and suppliers to resolve commercial matters

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline

Proven experience in a Quantity Surveyor role on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects

Strong experience managing payment applications, subcontractor accounts, and variations

Excellent commercial awareness and financial acumen

Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail with strong reporting capabilities (Excel proficiency required)

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

RICS membership or working toward accreditation (preferred)
