Based in Dublin City Centre, GeoDirectory is entering an exciting phase of growth, including international expansion and new product development. We are seeking an ambitious, commercially focused Marketing Manager to help drive this growth and strengthen our market position.

Role Summary
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing GeoDirectory's marketing strategy to support business growth, brand awareness, customer acquisition, and product adoption.
The successful candidate will bring strong B2B marketing experience, with expertise in demand generation, marketing automation, CRM-led marketing, lead management, and digital marketing. Working closely with the CEO, sales team, and key stakeholders, they will drive measurable marketing outcomes that contribute directly to business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a marketing growth strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the delivery of GeoDirectory's marketing strategy across all channels and campaigns.
- Define and track KPIs to measure marketing performance, lead generation, and campaign effectiveness.
- Optimise the digital customer journey through data analysis and continuous improvement.
- Manage marketing automation programmes to improve lead nurturing and customer engagement.
- Drive B2B lead generation and lead management processes from acquisition through to sales handover.
- Manage CRM-driven marketing activities and ensure accurate reporting and data quality.
- Support sales teams with campaigns, insights, and sales enablement initiatives.
- Develop and deliver the annual events programme, ensuring measurable business outcomes.
- Maximise PR opportunities and enhance GeoDirectory's market profile.
- Grow and engage audiences across relevant social media channels.
- Manage relationships with agencies, partners, and suppliers.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
About You
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Postgraduate qualification desirable.
Experience & Skills
- A minimim of 10 years' marketing experience, ideally within a B2B environment.
- Proven experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation systems, and lead management processes.
- Strong understanding of B2B demand generation, lead nurturing, and customer lifecycle marketing.
- Experience using Salesforce data and reporting to support marketing and lead generation activities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience managing budgets, agencies, and external suppliers.
- Customer-focused with a strong commercial mindset.
