Job Summary:
- Manage daily administrative and documentation tasks required for compliance with BRCgs standards and to ensure compliance during all daily operations.
- Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, record systems and cleaning schedules.
- Assist with the preparation, organisation and close out of audits (internal, customer, Bord Bia, BRCgs and DAFM). Assist in the certification of Origin Green.
- Receive and log customer non-conformances; issue and track corrective action reports.
- Conduct research into standards, specifications and compliance requirements when needed.
- Develop and review SOPs, HACCP, TACCP/VACCP and Quality Manuals.
- Ensuring all raw material and finished products meet customer requests and specifications. Carry out microbiological sampling of raw materials.

Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Experience in a food environment desirable but not essential.
- Ability to learn and understand HACCP principals.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good attention to detail is vital.
- Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage others efficiently and effectively.
- Ability to multitask and display good organisational skills.
- Ability to deal with issues of a confidential nature.
- Fluent English.
Pay: €28,000- €33,000 (based on individual experience).
