We are looking for an energetic young Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen team.
- Previous Chef de Partie experience essential.
- Working knowledge of Food Hygiene/HACCP
- Willingness to work within a team environment whilst using your initiative
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Flexibility in working hours
- In date working visa
Requirements:
- Experience in a busy kitchen
- Good ability to handle pressurized situations and busy periods
- Flexible, innovative and adaptable
- Have a passion for food and food production
- Willing to learn.
