We're looking for someone who believes great hospitality starts long before guests sit at their table. As F&B Concierge, you'll be the first point of contact for Arbour—welcoming guests, managing reservations, sharing genuine recommendations, and creating personalised dining experiences from the very first conversation.
You'll work across Arbour, Brownes Bar and our hotel teams to ensure every guest feels recognised, every booking is thoughtfully managed, and every visit is effortless.
You'll thrive in this role if you:

- Enjoy organising, planning and paying attention to the smallest details.
- Have experience in luxury hospitality, restaurants or hotels.
- Are passionate about exceptional food, drink and service.
Your day will include:
- Managing reservations and guest enquiries.
- Welcoming and guiding guests throughout the hotel.
- Building guest profiles and recognising returning visitors.
- Working closely with Guest Services, Front Office and our F&B team to deliver seamless experiences.
- Helping tell the story of Arbour and inspiring guests to dine with us.
