We are looking for an Assistant Psychologist to join our MDT team of Psychologists, Speech and Language Therapists and Occupational Therapists in South Dublin. This is a full time position with a dual role of working in both locations, as well as remote working days.
The Clinical role will include
- To administer and score psychological assessments, questionnaires, self-report measures, rating scales, direct and indirect observations and semi-structured interviews as directed by consultant clinical psychologist
- Report Writing
- School Observations
- Assist the psychology team in clinical work and other duties as required
- To attend and contribute to Clinical Review Meetings when held
The Administrative duties will include Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (phone calls, post, emails, letters); acting as key point of contact to clients Organising appointments and taking enquiries
- Running computer systems including G Suite and MS Office
- Taking payment and producing invoices and receipts
- Ordering supplies/materials and paying creditors
- Diary management
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
Key skills required are: Report Writing Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and G Suite
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and friendly
- Happy to work within a team and assist colleagues on aspects of their roles when required
