We’re recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established hospitality business, for a Bar & Restaurant Manager to lead their busy operation.
Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week
What you’ll do:
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the bar and restaurant
- Lead, motivate and support front-of-house staff
- Manage staff rotas and shift planning
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards
- Monitor service flow during busy periods
- Support stock control and ordering
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain health & safety and hygiene standards
- Work closely with kitchen and ownership teams
What you’ll need:
- Previous hospitality management or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and problem-solving ability
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
Bonus if you have:
- Experience managing both food and beverage operations
- Background in high-volume hospitality environments
