The Four Star Breaffy House Resort, Located 5 minutes from Castlebar Town, is currently recruiting for Spa Supervisor
The main responsibilities for this role will be to assist the Spa Management with the daily running of the spa and ensure that the high level of service and treatments are performed by the team of Spa Therapists. Administration tasks, performing treatments for guests, staff training, stock control and ordering are all tasks included in this position.
REQUIREMENTS
- Support the Spa Manager in the daily running of the spa to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Supervise, motivate, and support the spa team to maintain high standards of service and treatment delivery
- Carry out a full range of spa and beauty treatments as required
- Assist with staff training, induction, and ongoing development
- Monitor treatment standards and provide coaching and feedback to ensure consistency
- Support rota planning, stock control, ordering, and stock rotation
- Assist in achieving spa revenue targets, including retail sales and treatment upgrades
- Ensure the spa is presented to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance
- Handle guest feedback and queries in a professional and timely manner
- Complete daily administration tasks including reporting and system updates
- Support the Spa Manager in delivering an exceptional guest experience and continuous improvement
