THE ROLE
We are seeking an accomplished and patient-centred Registered Nurse to join the clinical team at Eden One — Dublin's premier destination for health, wellness and performance. This role sits at the intersection of clinical excellence and luxury patient experience, delivering intravenous vitamin, mineral and hydration therapies to a discerning clientele.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Clinical Practice
› Conduct pre-treatment medical screenings using the clinic's approved assessment protocol
› Assess and determine patient suitability for IV therapy; escalate clinical concerns to the prescribing clinician
› Perform venepuncture and peripheral IV cannulation safely and to a high standard
› Prepare and administer IV infusions in strict accordance with clinic protocols and prescriber instructions
› Monitor patients throughout treatment and identify any adverse or unexpected reactions
› Respond promptly and calmly to medical emergencies including anaphylaxis or vasovagal episodes
› Maintain accurate, contemporaneous clinical documentation for every patient encounter
› Guide and help formulate treatment pathways including hyperbaric oxygen, red light therapies and other adjunctive medical/wellness practices.
Patient Experience
› Deliver a professional, warm and welcoming experience consistent with the Eden One standard
› Clearly explain procedures, expected outcomes, benefits and potential risks
› Obtain, document and verify informed consent prior to all treatments
› Ensure patient dignity, comfort and wellbeing throughout every visit
› Provide personalised aftercare guidance following IV therapy
Operational
› Maintain and monitor clinical stock levels — IV fluids, vitamins, medications and consumables
› Support implementation and continuous improvement of clinic policies and SOPs
› Conduct regular equipment checks and ensure compliant clinical waste management
› Complete Garda vetting prior to commencement and maintain right to work in Ireland
REQUIREMENTS & DESIRABLE SKILLS
Essential
› Active NMBI registration (PIN required)
› Minimum 2 years post-registration clinical experience
› Demonstrated competence in venepuncture and peripheral IV cannulation
› Current BLS certification (ACLS / ALS an advantage)
› Strong clinical judgement and communication skills
› Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
› Right to work in Ireland
Desirable
› Experience in IV therapy, aesthetics, or wellness clinics
› Advanced cannulation or midline skills
› Exposure to private or concierge healthcare environments
› Knowledge of micronutrient and infusion therapy protocols
› Familiarity with clinical booking / CRM systems
› Familiarity with biohacking/wellness/integrative healthcare
