We're looking for an experienced Quality Associate to join our growing Quality team based in Tramore, Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and continually improving our Quality Management System while working closely with colleagues across Ireland, the UK and the US.

What you'll be doing
As a Quality Associate you'll work closely with the Head of Quality to help ensure our global operations continue to meet the highest regulatory and customer standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the ongoing development and improvement of Astoriom's Quality Management System.
- Planning and coordinating internal audits across multiple sites.
- Supporting external customer and regulatory audits.
- Reviewing investigations, root cause analyses and CAPAs to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
- Monitoring quality metrics and preparing KPI reports.
- Supporting document control, supplier approvals and training compliance.
- Working with operational teams to implement quality improvements and best practice.
- Carrying out regular site visits and internal audits across our network.
- Helping maintain compliance with ISO 9001, cGMP, CAP and ICH quality standards.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is organised, analytical and enjoys working collaboratively to continually improve quality standards.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Associate role.
- Experience working within a regulated industry (pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare or similar).
- Knowledge of quality systems and regulatory standards.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS) would be an advantage.
- Internal auditing experience or qualifications would be beneficial.
- A full driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally between sites.
