We at Cafe Presse manage Pacinos restaurant on Suffolk St along with The Blind Pig and The Little Pig cocktail bars. A position has opened up for a reservations and business development manager.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will need to be sales driven, whilst understand the needs of busy hospitality venues. The position will involve managing the daily bookings for all three venues whilst also growing the business through an active sales and business development role to include lead generation, developing corporate accounts through meeting and greeting potential clients, private dining sales, beverage activation and on site coordination.
Core Requirements
F&B Experience: At least 2+ years of sales or event experience specifically in upscale restaurants, high-volume bars, or nightlife.
Local Network: An active contact list of local corporate event planners, concierges, and local businesses.
Platform Proficiency: Hands-on experience with restaurant software like Access Collins, Resdiary or OpenTable.
Flexible Schedule: Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends to oversee reservations or network with clients.
With a base salary of €40K and 10% commission on corporate dining and events thereafter provided through outreach.
Metrics / Targets
Outbound Pipeline Generation: €10K + per month in Corporate revenue through private dining, Beverage Activation and Events.
Outbound Outflow: 20+ personalized cold pitches/week
Lead Response Window: Under 4 business hours
Corporate Package Upsell: 40% of corporate events to add an experience (Cocktail Masterclass)
Pay: €40,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
