We Are Hiring for the Summer Season!
RAW Marketing is currently expanding our team as we head into a busy summer full of festivals, concerts, live events, and brand activations across Ireland.
We are looking to hire multiple Brand Ambassadors and Supervisors, particularly students and people with strong summer availability. We are especially interested in candidates who hold a full driver's licence and have access to a vehicle, as transport to some event locations can be challenging.
Key Event Dates
Candidates should ideally be available for some or all of the following periods:
- 2nd – 6th July 2026
- 29th July – 2nd August 2026
- 27th – 31st August 2026

RAW Marketing is a live activation and experiential marketing agency. We help brands connect directly with people through exciting events, promotions, festivals, sampling campaigns, and interactive experiences.
From large-scale festivals and concerts to in-store activations and public events, we create memorable experiences for customers while giving our team flexible and enjoyable work opportunities.
What We're Looking For
We are searching for friendly, confident, and energetic people who enjoy working with the public and being part of a team.
You would be a great fit if you are:
- Bubbly, outgoing, and comfortable approaching people
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Positive and enthusiastic at events
- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Good at communicating with supervisors, clients, and teammates
- Able to complete short feedback reports after shifts
- Available throughout the summer months
- Comfortable travelling to event locations
- A confident driver with access to a car
Supervisor Candidates
We are also looking for Supervisors who can:
- Lead and motivate small event teams
- Act as the main point of contact on site
- Liaise with clients and event management
- Ensure activations run smoothly
- Complete event reports and provide feedback after events
Previous promotional, hospitality, retail, event, or team leadership experience would be an advantage.
Essential Requirements
- Full driver's licence (required)
- Access to a vehicle (preferred)
- Excellent summer availability
- Availability for multi-day events and weekend work
- Authorised to work in Ireland
Upcoming Work
We have a busy schedule of concerts, festivals, sporting events, promotional campaigns, and experiential activations running throughout the summer, with opportunities for regular work for the right candidates.
