As we continue to expand our services, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to join our team as a Recruitment Administrator/Co-ordinator.
As a Recruitment Administrator/Co-ordinator for Bon Secours Hospital Cork, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions of our Recruitment and HR team.

Essential Eligibility Criteria:

A relevant administration/business qualification is desired.

Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Experience in healthcare recruitment would be a distinct advantage.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Enjoy working in a busy environment, have advanced administrative skills as well as strong attention to detail.

Be candidate focused with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Have a proven track record in providing excellent service.

Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite.

Fluency in English both spoken and written is a pre-requisite for this role

Must be eligible to work in Ireland. Visa sponsorship is not possible for this post.

Have excellent interpersonal, communication and organisation skills and have the ability to work on his/her own initiative

Be competent, innovative, reliable, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
