We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated chef who takes pride in producing high-quality dishes and enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes to the hotel's standards.
- Manage your assigned section efficiently during service.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and HACCP standards.
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising food waste.
- Support and work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation across every service.
- Help train and mentor junior kitchen staff when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy hotel or restaurant kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
- HACCP and food safety knowledge.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high standards.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable, hardworking, and passionate about food.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
