The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our automated storage systems. This role involves troubleshooting, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting automated pallet storage systems in operation globally.
- Fixing issues remotely through our support interface software and aiding customers over the phone to fix any mechanical issues that may occur to keep downtime to a minimum.
- Problems solving figuring out issues before they happen and working out what the issue is with limited information using problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with engineering and development teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
- Train customers on system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support as needed.
- Continuously improve knowledge of company products, industry trends, and best practices.
Requirements:
- A basic understanding of electronics and mechanics would be useful but a willingness to learn and develop these skills is more important.
